The Royal Wind Orchestra “Vrij en Blij” (in a little village in Flandres, Belgium), is on the look for new members. Twenty years ago, there where many successful wind orchestras in Flanders, Belgium. Every little village had, at least, one or two orchestras. Today, the most are disappeared and the ones that still exist are having a lot of troubles to find new members.`
