Ein Sachse in Marokko & die anderen

A poetical and an ethno-musical journey by accompanying four people during the 17th Gnawa and World Music Festival of Essaouira in Morocco: Sven, an outraged german poet who gets irritated by the german islamophobia. Rachid, a moroccan english teacher and a free cultural reporter, Sven´s facebook friend. Mustapha: a painter and a musician with special needs (handicapped). Karim: the festival director and a fusion drummer. All of them are gathered by a moroccan psychedelic festival, where the poverty, the multiculturality and the irony of destiny attempt to portray an atypical islamized Morocco.
