Underneath

Beneath one city criminals hide toxic waste. A boy discovers this and denounces it to the police, who turn out to be corrupt. Since he is only a boy, it seems impossible to change this situation, therefore he wants to escape this place. In the end a sign of hope appears and changes his mind.
